A morning wedding at Villa Terrace is a special kind of affair. Li-Na and John brought so much style and sophistication to the idea that I can’t possibly show you enough pictures of the beauty that surrounded them on this fine summer morning. Top Shelf Events helped pull it all together with panache as well – a brunch reception, dancing on the terrace in the mid-day sun, punchy red parasols and chinese lanterns, mint green and gold touches everywhere, their favorite novels subtly celebrated, rustic yet elegant florals by the incomparable Marius Bell, a first look in my favorite room of this Italian mansion, personal vows so beautifully written, (and for Li-Na – recited in Chinese)….all make this one wedding I’ll never forget!
